$3.95 for orders within the continental US. Orders will be shipped USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after order is placed. Please allow 2 weeks for design and delivery of your custom photo collage print.
The Voodoo Boss does ship internationally, however, shipping costs may vary depending on weight of package and location. Therefore, you may be notified of additional international shippping charges after your order is placed. At that time, you will be able to pay the additional shipping fee or cancel your order. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. The Voodoo Boss does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
If you wish to avoid shipping costs on photo collages, your digital photo collage file can be emailed to you as a high quality .jpg or .jpeg that you can take to your local printer for printing and framing. Contact us upon ordering.
Return Policy:
All website purchases have a full money back product guarantee EXCEPT personalized photo collages. Custom and/or personalized products are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. If you are disappointed for any reason within 14 days of receiving your package, we will refund your money immediately upon receipt of the package. Any items returned must be must be sent back prepaid in the same condition (item(s) must be NEW in original packaging and not damaged in any way) as when originally shipped. Package is to be returned via certified/registered mail with insurance equal to your order's value for your protection. Please email Voodoo Boss for more information on returning an item. Please note we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected mail.
